Most asked questions by the community. (we will update this annually/bi annually as different questions come about).

1. Question- Do you offer repairs on your modules?!
Answer: Yes we do! For any modules outside the 30 day return period, please send a email to (techhelp@eso-tek.com).

2. Question- Do you have manuals for your modules ?
Answer: We are currently working on creating a set of manuals for our pre existing modules. For now, please use our description from our shop listings. We are working on a product page and manuals for all our products.(by the time our new 4hp mixer is out you will see manuals with all our devices).

3. Question- I have a question on how to use your module?
Answer: We are glad to answer any questions! Please message us at (support@eso-tek.com).

4. Question- How fast will I get my order?
Answer: Most orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Depending on the shipping service you choose, you will receive your items in 2-5 business days from the moment you’ve received the tracking ID.

5. Question- Do you only make Eurorack modules?
Answer: For now that is all we are focused on, but we do have some desktop device ideas in our pipeline so chances are we will expand and hopefully provide some more non-Eurorack devices in the near future.
